A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival, and must have the same name as the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Please inform Hunsens Aurora Stratford Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

台南市長賴清德北上組閣，未來出馬角逐新北市長的機會微乎其微，國民黨新北市副市長侯友宜出征幾已成定局，中央執政的民進黨，卻面臨找不到「強棒」人選的窘境。對此，有意參選新北市長的民進黨立委吳秉叡今(5)日表示，如何叫強弱很難定義，重要是新北市民要不要接受才是重點。
賴清德原先被黨內寄予厚望，出馬角逐新北市長，隨著他出任閣揆，希望確定破滅。有意參選的英系立委羅致政爆外遇，還沒登記就出局。剩下蘇系立委吳秉叡，可是他民調低迷，日前又傳出與女主播傳LINE曖昧，「先輸一半」。外傳民進黨若真的找不到人選，老縣長蘇貞昌，以及上屆新北市長選舉小輸朱立倫2萬票的游錫堃，都有可能重出江湖。
對於被指對戰侯友宜民調低，吳秉叡說，民調都是參考，就像考大學之前的模擬考，考的如何自己知道，需要努力的地方就去加強，這樣的心態比較健康。
至於外界指民進黨沒強棒？吳秉叡表示，每個人如果覺得自己不足，自己要補強努力，有沒有強棒，假設模擬考考不好，不代表大學聯考就會考不好，重點在於他有沒有辦法，針對自己的弱點去補強，政治是專業性的工作，如何叫強弱很難定義，重要是新北市民要不要接受才是重點。
媒體問到，是不是早知道賴清德不選新北市長？吳秉叡說，他和賴清德是多年朋友，知道他是講話守信用的人，所以賴在議會、各地講那麼多次不選新北市長，他會願意相信賴所講的話。
吳秉叡強調，他未來會更努力，跟自己比不用跟別人比，不足的地方就去做修正，最後誰出線，就按照民進黨制度，等到水到渠成，不用猜太多。
